DISCONNECTED is a story inspired by Deus Ex. In a time of technological enlightenment, augmentations are the new high standard in medical advancement. Whether they're for repair or replacement, or even just enhancement, people all over the world are fulfilling their dreams and overcoming obstacles like never before. The possibilities are endless. New limbs, heightened senses, athletic enhancement; all wired directly into your brain. While most see augmentations as a miracle or a modern marvel, others see them as an abomination - man's attempt at "playing god". Overtime, though, as their own needs grow too great, more and more people are accepting this new science.
