ONE DAY BEFORE is a mix of strong, rock riffs with melodic vocal. Moreover the band's music includes elements of the other genres like: hard rock, metal and grunge.

The group was founded in Wroclaw at the end of November 2007. Initially it was created by Kretek (drums), Bartes (guitar) and Ganim (bass). Having experience from their previous projects, in this lineup they started working on a first material.

With the beginning of the new year Macias (guitar) joined the band, contributing a lot of arrangement ideas and directing sound of the group. However, the true activity of the band started five months later, when Charry (vocal) joined their ranks.

In July 2008 the group recorded demo material, which includes 3 songs. After playing the first shows, at the beginning of 2009, Bartes left the band. His place took Zielony (guitar), moulding the final lineup of One Day Before. The group is currently preparing a new material, that you can hear on the concerts!
